How We Review Crypto Casinos

Every CCR house file follows the same method. Alex tests each casino with his own deposits. This page shows where the facts come from, what we check, how the score is set and when a file is checked again.

01Three rules

Live site first Facts come from the casino site, the cashier and the terms as they stand on the day of the check.
Dated Every file shows the check date. Later changes go into the update log.
Conflicts stay visible When two official pages disagree, the file says so and tells you which one to read before you deposit.
Gaps stay gaps If a page is blocked or a fact is not published, the file says it was not found.

02Tested with his own money

Alex Jovanovic deposits his own money at the casinos on this site and plays there. He has tested gambling sites for years and is a keen player himself. He recommends a casino to other players only after he has played it.

05The four sub-scores

Each file has four sub-scores out of 10. Games and Licence are on every file. The other two are picked from what the house is built around.

Games House games, the RTP the house prints, studios and live tables.
Licence Licence number, company, regulator record and country rules.
Cashier Coins, fiat rails, limits, fees and payout rules.
Rewards or Rakeback Rakeback, VIP, races and how bonuses unlock.
Sports The board, markets, odds formats and margins where we measured them.
Welcome The size of the welcome offer and the terms behind it.

06How the overall score is set

The overall CCR score is set after the four sub-scores. It is not a plain average. The desk also weighs rules that no single sub-score covers, such as a deposit wager before cashout or a document check that can hold a balance.

Moves a score up
Rakeback paid at once without wagering, a licence that checks out on the regulator record, clear withdrawal rules, a large house game book with printed RTP.
Moves a score down
A licence we cannot match, country lists that disagree, a thin safer gambling kit, bonus terms that weigh games against you, document checks that can freeze a balance.

07When a file is checked again

  • When the casino changes its offer, its terms or its licence.
  • When a reader sends a correction.
  • When the desk plays the house again.

Each recheck gets a dated line in the update log at the end of the review.

09Limits of a review

  • A review is a snapshot on the check date.
  • Offers and country rules differ by location.
  • Scores are the view of this desk.
  • We cannot see a casino back office or guarantee a payout.
