Gamdom Casino Review

Last checked

Gamdom is a crypto casino and sportsbook that started as a Counter-Strike betting site in 2016 and moved to crypto in 2020. It is run by Moon Revolution Limitada of Costa Rica under Anjouan licence ALSI-152406043-FI4. We read the terms, the help pages, the provably fair page and the licence record, then opened the wallet on a live account and photographed the real deposit and withdrawal lists. The cashier is the part most reviews get wrong, so start there.

Gamdom offer

15% rakeback on everything you wager in your first 7 days

The welcome rate runs for 7 days from activation. A code entered by hand has to go in within 6 hours of sign-up. Rakeback is paid on turnover, so winning rounds build it too. The house prints no deposit match percentage.

Pros

  • More than 8,000 games with 11 in-house Originals you can verify hand by hand
  • Fiat on the way in: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and six gift card brands
  • Rakeback runs from level one and is built on turnover, so winning rounds pay too
  • Casino, esports and sports all sit on one balance
  • Exchange transfers from Binance and Coinbase are marked zero fee in the cashier
  • Provably fair page publishes the hash chain and verifier code for all 11 Originals
  • Self-exclusion is a switch in account settings, not an email to support

Cons

  • You can pay in by card, but you cannot cash out to one. Payouts are crypto, CS2 skins or the Vault
  • Every deposit has to be wagered once before a withdrawal clears
  • Large payouts can arrive in instalments by the terms, while house marketing says there are no limits
  • The licence is Anjouan. Some pages and reviews still claim Curaçao, which the footer and the terms do not support
  • Self-exclusion in settings runs 1, 5 or 8 days only. Longer needs an email
  • The terms name no independent dispute body, only the house inbox
  • Public complaint boards carry declined and delayed payout cases, mostly around verification

What Gamdom is in 2026

Gamdom launched in 2016 as a Counter-Strike skin betting community, changed shape in 2018 and turned into a crypto casino in 2020. Ten years on it is a full house: slots, live dealer tables, 11 in-house Originals, a sportsbook, an esports book and horse racing, all on one wallet.

  • Casino lobby with Slots, Live Games, Originals, Exclusive, Providers and Slots Arena tabs
  • Slots Arena puts two players head to head on the same slot
  • Sports, esports and horse racing from the top navigation
  • King Of The Hill races in daily, weekly and monthly form
  • Rakeback, chat Rain, a Royalty ladder and a Redeem Code field
  • A Vault for money you want parked away from the play balance
  • Tip User, so balances can move between players in chat

The counters on the front page move. On 6 October 2026 the casino tile read 8200+ games while the search box on the very same load counted higher still, and the sports tile read 30+ categories. Treat any single number you see quoted as a snapshot. More than 8,000 games is the figure that holds.

The cashier: what actually goes in

This is the part worth reading twice. Gamdom is often described as crypto only. It is not. The Deposit panel has four groups, and two of them are plain money.

RouteMethods in the cashier

  • Bitcoin
  • Ethereum
  • USDT
  • USDC
  • Litecoin
  • TRON

Exchanges and wallets
  • Binance, 0% fee
  • Coinbase, 0% fee

  • CS2 skins

Gift cards
  • PayPal
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Paysafecard
  • Google Pay
  • Trustly

The Other tile is doing real work here. The house does not print a coin count anywhere we could read, and reviews guess at anything from 10 to 25. Open the tile and look for your own asset instead of trusting a number.

Deposits and withdrawals must use a method in your own name, issued in your own country. Crypto sent on an unsupported network, or below the minimum, can be lost. Manual recovery is not free.

There is also a Buy Crypto tab inside the wallet. It is a swapped.com widget, not a Gamdom product, and it prices in your own currency. On our pass it quoted 216.62 USDC for 200 euro with a 1.75% card fee, with 100, 200, 500 and 1,000 euro presets. The rate and that fee belong to the widget, so compare it against your own exchange before using it.

Buy Crypto is a third-party widget inside the wallet. Its rate and its card fee are its own.

Withdrawals, and the gap nobody mentions

Now put the Withdraw panel next to the Deposit panel. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and gift cards are gone. What is left is crypto, CS2 skins and the Vault.

Gamdom withdraw panel with six crypto options, CS2 skins marked new and the Vault, and no card or bank option
The withdraw list. Six coins, CS2 skins marked new, and the Vault. The heading still says Bank Withdrawal.

So if you pay in with a card, you need a wallet to take money out. Set that up before you deposit, not after you win. The heading above CS2 skins still reads Bank Withdrawal, which is a leftover and not a bank payout.

  • Each deposit must be wagered once before a withdrawal. Sports bets count toward it
  • The terms set no fixed monthly maximum, but large sums can be paid in instalments
  • Fiat minimums and maximums are shown in the account, not in the public terms
  • Gamdom charges no fee of its own. Network and third-party fees are shown before you confirm
  • Verification has to be complete before a payout clears

House marketing says there are no withdrawal limits and that payouts are instant. The terms say processing is usually fast but depends on network load and internal review, and that large amounts can come in instalments. Plan around the terms.

The cashier is asymmetric and that is the single most useful thing to know about Gamdom. Money can arrive by card. It leaves as crypto. Get your wallet and your verification done on day one, while the balance is small and nobody is in a hurry.

Games and the 11 Originals

The lobby is deep. The house claims more than 60 studios, and the big names are all there: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Hacksaw, Play'n GO, Big Time Gaming, Relax Gaming, Betsoft and Evolution on the live side. Independent counts of studios and games disagree with each other and with the house, so we print no studio number.

The in-house set is a clean 11, and it is the reason to have an account here rather than at a pure slot site.

All 11 Originals in one grid. Two more names sit in the site code and are not playable, so ignore lists that include them.

Every Original is provably fair. The house publishes a chain of SHA256 hashes that is played through in reverse, prints the terminal hash and the game number for Crash, Roulette and Hi-Lo, and gives sample verifier code for all 11 games. After a round you can recompute the result yourself and confirm nothing moved after you bet. Slot Battles and the raffle draw have their own verifiers.

No house page we could read prints an RTP or a house edge for the Originals, and there is no zero-edge mode on the public site. Treat any specific edge figure you see quoted elsewhere as unconfirmed.

The sportsbook and the esports book

Sports sit behind their own tab with a Lobby, an Esports section, a Live section and My Bets. The sport rail carried football, tennis, basketball, baseball, MMA, cricket, handball, ice hockey, volleyball, American football, eSoccer, water polo, NBA2K and darts on our pass, with live event counts next to each one. The betslip has a Quick Bet toggle for one-tap staking.

The sports lobby. Event counts and prices on this screen move minute by minute.
  • Counter-Strike, Dota 2 and League of Legends are the esports anchors, with Valorant listed by the house
  • Horse racing has its own section in the footer navigation
  • Sports bets count toward the one-time deposit turnover
  • No betting provider, margin figure or stake limit is published on any page we read

Rakeback, races and the Royalty ladder

Gamdom runs rewards on turnover rather than on losses, which is the friendlier of the two models. A slice of every wager comes back whether the round won or lost, and it starts at level one.

  1. Welcome rate, 15% for 7 daysNew accounts get a boosted rakeback rate for the first week. A code typed by hand has to go in within 6 hours of sign-up.
  2. Instant, weekly and monthlyRakeback accrues in three buckets from level one. You claim it yourself, it does not land automatically.
  3. King Of The HillDaily, weekly and monthly races. Slots score one point per dollar wagered, other games are weighted by their house edge.
  4. RainAdmins drop money into chat. Keep chat open, press claim, solve a captcha. There is no wagering on Rain money.
  5. Royalty UpAn XP ladder with three levels inside each tier, from Bronze 1 upward. Each level-up pays a reward.
Gamdom rewards page showing the Royalty Up ladder from Bronze 1 to Gold 1 with locked cards and an XP progress bar
The Royalty ladder on a fresh account. Three levels per tier, and the first bar runs to 1,500,000 XP.

Two warnings. The ladder is long: a new account sits at zero XP against a bar that runs to 1,500,000, so the top rakeback tiers are a volume game, not a sign-up gift. And the headline rakeback percentages you see quoted around the web are not the rate you start on. The 15% is the welcome week. Beyond that, the house prints no rate on any public page, only the mechanics.

A figure of 60% rakeback circulates on review sites. Nothing on the house pages supports it. The only rate the house itself publishes is the 15% welcome week.

One more earner sits next to the rewards tabs. Every account gets a referral link in the shape gamdom.com/r/YourCode, with a dashboard for clicks, sign-ups and commission. Useful to know it exists, and worth saying plainly: the figures printed on that dashboard before anyone has used your link are sample numbers.

Gamdom affiliates page with a referral link field, a commission dashboard and a campaign table
The referral panel on the same account. The link slot takes your own code.

Verification and account rules

You can open an account and play before verifying. You cannot cash out before verifying. The terms allow checks at registration or at any point after it, and specifically when deposit or withdrawal totals cross internal thresholds or a risk flag trips.

  • Documents can include a government ID, proof of address, payment method details and source of funds
  • One active account per person. Duplicates are a breach of the terms
  • Promotions are limited to one claim per person, address, device, email, phone and IP
  • Two-factor authentication is off by default. The wallet drawer carries an Enable 2FA button, so turn it on
  • If an account is closed, the balance is returned unless there was illegal activity or a serious breach

Gamdom is sometimes listed as an anonymous or no-KYC casino. The terms do not support that. Verification is a condition of withdrawal.

Limits and self-exclusion

The responsible gambling page puts self-exclusion in account settings, which is better than the email-only route many offshore sites use. The periods are short, though.

  • Self-exclusion for 1, 5 or 8 days from Settings
  • During it: no deposits, no promo codes, no tips, no gameplay. Withdrawals stay open
  • Longer or permanent locks go by email to support, and reactivation can be refused
  • Bets placed before the lock stay valid, and the balance can still be withdrawn
  • The page lists Gamblers Anonymous, Gordon Moody, the National Council on Problem Gambling, Gamtalk, GambleAware, BetBlocker, Net Nanny and GamCare

Deposit limits are named in the terms and on a house marketing page, but they are missing from the tool list on the responsible gambling page itself. If you need a hard deposit cap, ask support in writing and keep the reply.

Support

Support is a chat widget in the bottom right corner, open around the clock, with a searchable help centre behind it. On our pass the first four suggested articles were about rakeback, the VIP program, Gamdom Rewards and depositing with gift cards, which tells you what people ask most.

Gamdom in-app support widget with a send us a message button and help articles about rakeback, the VIP program, rewards and gift card deposits
The support widget. Message first, or search the help centre.
  • Live chat around the clock, plus support@gamdom.com
  • The site runs in 19 languages from the footer switcher, and chat rooms are split by language
  • No phone line is published anywhere, despite a toll-free field in the site metadata
  • The English text of the terms prevails over any translation

Licence, operator and the Curaçao confusion

This one needs care, because several review sites and even one of the house's own marketing pages print the wrong regulator.

LicenceAnjouan ALSI-152406043-FI4, issued under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. The regulator record read Operating status: VALID on 6 October 2026, with gamdom.com as the only registered website.
OperatorMoon Revolution Limitada, a Costa Rican limited liability company, registration 3-102-903008, n. 400 La Ceiba Street, San Rafael district, Escazu, San José. Governing law and courts are Costa Rican.
DisputesThe terms say to write to support and settle informally. They name no independent dispute body, although the licence conditions call for one. Keep your own records.
Closed countries37 named in the terms, covering residents and anyone temporarily in one of them: the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Serbia, Malta, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man, Greece, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Australia, Curaçao and more. The regulator also excludes the Comoros, which the house list does not mention.
AuditA game-integrity seal in the footer states that games from several providers were checked and no fake games were found.
AppsNo native app. The site is a browser app on phones, and no read source names an App Store or APK download.

Where the confusion comes from: a Gamdom marketing page says the site is licensed in Curaçao, directly above a footer that prints the Anjouan licence. The site code still carries an old Curaçao licence number and certificate links. We opened the one for gamdom.com and the Curaçao registry returned Not Found. That is not the same as a revoked licence, and we will not call it one, but it does mean the only licence you can verify today is the Anjouan one. Curaçao is also on the site's own closed-country list.

An Anjouan licence is a light-touch offshore licence. There is no UK, Malta or other local regulator behind this account, and no local complaints ladder to climb. Size your bankroll accordingly.

Questions players ask

01Is Gamdom crypto only?

No. The deposit panel takes cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, Binance and Coinbase transfers and six gift card brands alongside crypto. Withdrawals are a different story: those are crypto, CS2 skins or the Vault only.

02Can I withdraw to my card or bank account?

No. There is no card or bank payout in the withdraw panel. The heading above the CS2 skins tile still says Bank Withdrawal, but the only options there are skins. Set up a crypto wallet before you deposit.

03Which coins does Gamdom support?

Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin and TRON sit on the face of both the deposit and the withdraw panels, with an Other tile for the rest. The house publishes no coin count, so open the Other tile and look for your asset.

04What is the Gamdom welcome bonus?

15% rakeback on your turnover for the first 7 days. There is no deposit match percentage printed anywhere on the house pages. A promo code entered by hand has to go in within 6 hours of sign-up.

05Is Gamdom rakeback really 60%?

Nothing on the house pages supports 60%. The only rate Gamdom itself publishes is the 15% welcome week. Beyond that it prints the mechanics, not the percentage, and the rate rises with the Royalty ladder.

06Do I have to wager my deposit before cashing out?

Yes. The terms require each deposit to be wagered once before a withdrawal, and sports bets count toward it. Without that turnover a payout can be delayed or refused.

07Are there withdrawal limits?

The terms set no fixed monthly maximum, but they reserve the right to pay large amounts in instalments. Fiat minimums and maximums appear inside your account. House marketing claiming no limits at all goes further than the terms do.

08How many games and Originals are there?

More than 8,000 games. The lobby tile read 8200+ on our pass and the search box on the same load counted higher still, so treat any exact figure as a snapshot. The in-house set is a firm 11: Blackjack, Keno, Crash, Plinko, Mines, Dice, Hi-Lo, Limbo, Pocket Dice, Twist and Roulette.

09Are the Originals provably fair?

Yes. Gamdom publishes a chain of SHA256 hashes played in reverse, the terminal hash and game number for Crash, Roulette and Hi-Lo, and verifier code for all 11 games. You can recompute a result after the round.

10Does Gamdom require KYC?

You can play before verifying, but not withdraw. Checks can be asked at registration or later, and are triggered by larger movements or risk flags. Documents can run to ID, address, payment details and source of funds.

11Who is Gamdom licensed by?

Anjouan, licence ALSI-152406043-FI4, which the regulator record showed as valid on 6 October 2026. The operator is Moon Revolution Limitada of Costa Rica. Claims of a Curaçao licence are out of date, and the Curaçao certificate id in the site code returns Not Found.

12Which countries cannot play at Gamdom?

The terms name 37, among them the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Malta and Greece. Using a VPN to get around that is a listed forbidden action and can cost you the account.

13How do I self-exclude?

Account settings offer 1, 5 or 8 days, which blocks deposits, promo codes, tips and gameplay while leaving withdrawals open. Anything longer goes by email to support, and reactivation can be refused.

14Is there a Gamdom app?

No native app is published. The site runs as a browser app on phones and tablets, and one account works across devices.

What players complain about

We read every public complaint thread on Gamdom we could open on one large complaint board, and the summary metrics on a second. Amounts are what the player claimed. Outcomes are as the boards recorded them. Two outlier claims in the millions sit in that history and we leave them out, because they distort every average built on them.

Third case of the same type on that board.

The shape of the complaints

By reason, the 16 threads break down as seven declined payments, three account closures, two delayed payments, two terms violations, one bonus removal and one verification issue. Almost everything turns on the moment of cashing out, not on game results. Note also that the second board prints two different complaint totals on the same page, three in its prose and 89 in its metrics, so do not take either as a count of real cases.

How to stay out of that file

  1. Verify on day one, before there is a balance worth arguing over.
  2. Wager each deposit once before you request a payout, and keep the bet history.
  3. Have a crypto wallet ready. Card money cannot go back the way it came.
  4. Screenshot the balance, the round and the bet ID before you cash out.
  5. If you set a self-exclusion, confirm in writing by email and keep the reply.
  6. Do not play from one of the 37 closed countries, and do not use a VPN to try.

The verdict

Read and scored on the CCR desk

A big, grown-up lobby with a one-way cashier

Gamdom earns its 7.4 on product. More than 8,000 games, 11 in-house Originals you can verify hand by hand, sports and esports on the same balance, and rewards built on turnover rather than losses. The marks come off at the cashier and the paperwork. Cards get money in and cannot get it out. Every deposit has to be wagered once first. Large payouts can arrive in instalments while house marketing promises no limits. The licence is Anjouan, with no independent dispute body named in the terms, and self-exclusion in settings tops out at eight days. None of that is unusual offshore. All of it is worth knowing before the first deposit.

Sit down if

  • You want one account for slots, live tables, Originals and sports
  • You already hold BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC or TRON
  • You want to fund by card or gift card and cash out in crypto
  • You play enough volume for rakeback and the races to matter
  • You like being able to verify an in-house game result yourself

Walk past if

  • You need the money to come back to the card or bank you paid with
  • You want to deposit and withdraw without any turnover
  • You need a UK, Malta or other local licence and a regulator to appeal to
  • You rely on long self-exclusion or a hard deposit cap you can set yourself
  • You live in one of the 37 closed countries

I treat Gamdom as a crypto account with a convenient fiat front door. Wallet first, verification second, then play. The Originals and the rakeback are the reasons to stay, and the one-way cashier is the reason to plan.
